There is no information out for NEET 2018 application form but tentatively it should be released in the month of January most probably in the last week. Also, it is advisable to go through the below link to check all about NEET 2018 application form -

Hello Shubhangi, As per your query about the NEET FORM, its not officially declared yet,,,, most probably it will be out around 15 January and continue upto last week of Feb or early March... Exam will be around 10 May or sunday of first week i.e. 6th May
