Hello Rishu, both DAV institute of technology and Quantum University are UGC approved private engineering colleges. Although both these colleges have comparably the same structure as per course structure, faculty, campus, infrastructure, placements etc, Quantum performs slightly better than DAV institute in few rankings done by a few private websites like hackerearth etc
