Dear aspirant,
Don't be disheartened with failures. Everybody in life dont have same amount of luck or same amount of brains. They have to eventually become stronger by their hard work with some smart work.
I know it's very disheartening that your friends are settled but at the same time you take this failure as a challenge and give your best shot at the next attempt. A player doesn't loses the game until and unless the game is over and yours life is a long journey and just treat these things as a blessing in disguise.
Maybe something great is waiting for you in your nearer future. So, buckle up and get ready for the fight and i know you would win this battle.
