Hi Rohan
Once I was students and that time my Teacher told me that one can score full marks just by HC Verma, what matters in physics is not the number or types of questions but the concepts.
Hc vermV can help you to learn the concept which in contrast not the case with DC Pandey. Where you solve questions again and again with you own uderstaund and visualisation your concept get more deeper and stronger. So I can assure you if you're able to solve every single problem of concept of physics then there would not be any difficulty for you in JEE advanced.
But it is not sufficient for jee advanced because they don't covere all questions of high difficulty level.
For jee mains you should solve both these books
For advanced you should explore yourself beyond this
There are many other high difficulty level books.
Like
IE ERODOVE
CENGAGE LEARNING
MISHRA ( electro magnetic and statics )
Previous year advanced papers.
Good luck
Roshan
According to my suggestion first go for the H C vema
Because this is the book in which it will have the topic wise indetail where you can understand easily so the fresh Lerner should go for the H C vema
And for after reading the H C vema you can refer the D C Pandey for deeper knowledge
Thank you sir
Rohan both the name of the respective books which you have displayed in your query are best but you need to understand one thing that Inorder to understand the concepts you need to refer both the books because only with the referring of these books only you will get the idea of that so for referring point of view you should go through with both the books such that if by luck you can't able to grasp any concept them I'm such cases you can be able to go with the other option.
All the best
