If I consider previous years data, then there are good chance for you to land up in good government medical college. You can easily get following colleges-

• Government Medical College, Srinagar
• Government Medical College, Jammu
• Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar

First of all congratulations for such a good score in NEET. As the state that you belong to have 100% state quota , and you have good score , there are high chances of getting a seat in government medical college. According to last year's cutoff , the maximum cutoff marks were 456 for Government Medical College , Srinagar. Even the highest marks are less than your marks , so you have great chances.

Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff because it changes every year.
