as you have not mentioned your Category and also you have mentioned your grade instead of marks so that wouldn't be helpful for me to directly tell you if you are eligible to give Neet or not. but I can tell you the eligibility criteria to appear in neat and like ways you can check for your eligibility.
So for general category students - minimum marks required to appear in neet is 50% as aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and biology. While for reserved category student 40% as an aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and biology. I hope this was helpful to you.
