Dear i interested in b. A sanskrit honsat delhi university i have not sanskrit in 10th and 12th what i eligible for college??

No you cannot apply in Sanskrit in DU College. Your admission is based on 12th merit. You can check what all colleges and other courses you can get in DU through college predictor.
