Here is a list of various medical colleges and their respective cut offs for admission under the Assam State quota for the general category in 2018. Considering the previous year trends you seem to have a lesser chance of admission here as the cut off is expected to be higher.

As per previous year cut off trend, your chances of getting a government medical college with a score of 415 in Assam is quite low, if a similar trend is seen.
However you could get dental government colleges like Government Dental College, Dibrugarh and Sikhar.
