Dear Goutham, there is no such course which guarantees you 100% placement. If you have skills and you have interest in that particular field than you can easily be placed in any good company with very good salary.
Having said that, I can tell you the branch which has high placement record. Generally in colleges CSE students gets placed with the highest paying salary.
After CSE there comes ECE. This branch too is very successful. In this you have a chance to work for PSUs and government agencies.
Both these branch are equal in their aspects.
So, it depends in your interest which branch you will choose. If you want CIVIL ENGINEERING then go for it if you have interest.
All the best :)
Hope this helps :)

Hello,
I can understand your mindset, but there's no such thing as 100% job gureenty in any course. It always depends on self's performance and their hard work.
So no matter what course you are going to choose, just be consistent in your studies and work hard. You will be able to get a job irrespective of the course you have chosen.
Hope this answers your queries
