Inorder to get in IIIT through JEE mains you need to score atleast of 180+ marks in Mains and if your marks are more than 200+ then easily you will be able to get the good branch in your dream IIIT.

Hello Anshu,

Based in previous years cutoff trends, you must score 170-220 marks in JEE Mains for top IIITs. Exact cutoff marks for IIITs may vary because of difficulties level of questions paper and no of aspirant appeared in examination. But always target 200+ marks for good college.
