Dear sir, I a seat is alloted to me in csab but i surrender and not participate in second round then they can refund my money or not?

Dear student, as you have been allotted a seat in CSAB, you can definitely surrender your seat but you won't get the refund of counselling process amount. It is so because you had registered for this round specifically. the refund is only possible if you do not get a seat till the end of the counselling process.
