hi,

see it is not a wise decision not to take the certificates after passing the courses. you need to immediately contact with the institution from where you have studied and pass the diploma in mechanical engineering. the certificate is issued by only the institution.

hope you may understand.

Thank u for a ur information. But my problem is Chennai side no office .i am going to directly the University I'll get certificate is possible or not. Plz tel me. Because I am completed 2012.now 7years gap. No RVD office in Chennai side. All r closed.
