dear sir i cant fill my first round counselling because in result i am not eligible for nimcet 2019. but now my result shows i am eligible.

Hope you are doing well!! See these is the first ting as per your concern i have heard. As choice filling has closed you better contact to the counseling portal and manage all your proofs by taking screenshots etc. They also have help line toll free number contact them, i guess they will surely help you.
