Dear sir , I crossed all 3 attempt of jee main. Now can I give 10th and 12th again to participate in jee main again .please help in any way

No, you can not appear for jee mains now.
Why you want to waste more years..there are still many options available to you for admission in engineering colleges like VITEEE,SRMJEEE,AEEE,COMEDK,etc.Or you can opt for other course like BSc,BCA,BBA,etc because you are wasting your precious time now.
