According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you belongs to any reservation category but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can get some colleges with CSE branch like :-
- DY Patil Institute of Technology Mumbai
- MBM Engineering College Jodhpur
- Bikaner Technical University
- RTU Kota
- VIT Pune
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
