Dear sir I got seat in csab round-1 but I selecte the option surrender and participate in round-2 but in round-2 also I didn't like the seat can I get my money refund

Hello,.
If you are getting the seat in csab round 2 , and you don't accept seat or withdraw after getting alloted a fresh seat in csab round 2, then your participation fees will not be refunded . And your participation fees will be transferred to the Allotted Institute.
