Congratulations on scoring such good marks in JEE Mains. Following are the list of top tier NITs where you can avail B.Tech in Civil Engg. I am giving the cut-off ranks for both home state and other states since you haven't mentioned your domicile.

• NIT Rourkela - 14702(O.S) and 22436(H.S)
• NIT Trichy -  11253(O.S) and 26999(H.S)
• NIT Warangal - 12575(O.S) and 13749(H.S)

According to me, since you want to pursue Civil Engg. the best option out there for you is NIT Trichy . I haven't given information for the other NITs and that is because you are eligible in all of the NITs in Civil Engg.

As far as reputation is concerned, NIT Rourkela's Civil dept has a very good reputation but still, I would suggest NIT Trichy as it truly is a competitor to IITs.
