Yes, my friend you can give JEE Mains both the times(January & April). January & April is seen as 1 attempt & the best out of the two will be counted for JEE Advance.
So, Start preparing to give JEE Mains in January & April too.

you can give it once more only as you have only three chances, so this year you can give only once this year , one of either chance.

If you have given it twice before then as per eligibility you can only give one in 2019 and its upto you that which one you want to give as you can give any one of your choice.I suggest go for april one as you will have more time to prepare.
