Dear sir I have passed my 12th standard from up board with 65% I want to ask that is I am eligible for giving neet 2019.or not.

Ues you cannot get admission in Maharashtra college as you bekong from UP Board.
Secondly as per NEET eligible criteria, minimum 50%aggregate marks in PCB category in 12th is must and hence you are eligible.
