Dear sir , I passed 12th in 2017. Can I give exam of 10th and ,12th again and participate in exam of jee main?

I don't think you can appear for class 10th again and then 12th. What you can do is go for betterment of your class 12th boards in the next year and try for JEE main in the upcoming year. This would be the best option for you now. This way you can score the minimum eligibility of 75% that is required.
