dear aspirant,

National Eligibility Test is conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is a gateway test in our country to start career as Lecturers or Assistant Professors in various Colleges, Universities and other Educational Institutions. Exam is same for NET and JRF But there are different cutoff list for NET and JRF. JRF cutoff is 3–5% higher than NET.Candidates pursuing master’s degree or have appeared for final exam and waiting for their result can also apply. Such candidates will be provisionally admitted and will be eligible for JRF. To be eligible for assistance professor they will have to qualify master’s degree with required percentage according to category. Candidates will have to complete their master degree within 2 years of declaration of UGC NET result. so Yes sir you are eligible .

hope it helped.
