There many Government university which can accept your score such as:
1.Institute of Engineering and technology, Lucknow
2.AKTU, Lucknow
3. Bundelkhand University, Jhansi
4. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly
These are some of them which offer quality. Also whatever rank you get will decide that which universities accept your score.
