Dear sir, in spot round of bit patna there are vaccant seat for sc, st but there are no any student but they can't convert seats in to gen.

Hello,
Yes there is provision of distribution of seats for various categories in admission process. It is done according to the government provisions. Even if no one takes admission in the alloted seats for a particular category. The college authorities can't convert the seats in any case.
