Hello Aspirant,
Hope your doing good.
MCA means Master of Computer Application. It is a master's degree course which can be done only after getting bachelor's degree.
B.E. or B.Tech. degree is called engineering degree. There are several branches in engineering like- civil, mechanical, electrical, computer science, IT, electronics and communication etc. It is a bachelor's degree course.
MCA can be assumed to be equivalent to B.E. or B.Tech. in computer science or IT because the course content is almost same. Also the students get same type of job like software developer, web designer etc. But generally the package of BE/BTech students is higher.
SO finally to conclude that Engineering is a mere graduation degree but the MCA is a post graduation degree. However the MCA and Engineering are treated as ALMOST equal degrees when you go searching for jobs .
MCA candidates would hold 2 years of extra experience in terms of academic studies and also must have gone into detailed study of the MCA and other Computer related studied and subjects.

hi sunny,
technically the answer is yes, because the most of the syllabus of both courses will be same.but they two different degrees one is master and other one is bachelors.i suggest you to take b.tech.
if you're interested in technical side and also wanna get job early, then you can go for b.tech it/cse
if you're willing to learn more and having more time to earn, then you can do mca.
but mca will take some more time than b.tech and after bca you've to do mca, then only you'll get a job.
I Hope this information will be useful to you.
