Dear Sir / Ma'm, after the results are out, the DGHS will open its online counselling portal for admission to the 15% All India quota counselling. There, you have to register yourself by paying a non-redeemable fees of Rs. 5000 in general and for deemed universities( Rs. 2,00,000 redeemable with conditions) and by entering few necessary details. After this, you will proceed to the choice filling. Then the results for the choice filling will be out, where if you get a seat you have to report to the respective medical college and if not you have to fill choices for the second round of counselling again. The state counselling also follows a similar fashion, only the fees differs for various states and the state counselling starts a bit after the All India one.
