Hello,

Yes, you can take admission directly through JEE MAINS in marine engineering without giving the IMU-CET exam. But be careful while choosing the colleges. Some colleges give admission to marine engineering through the JEE MAINS exam. So giving the IMU-CET exam is not compulsory.
