If your college does not offer NCC, you could join as asn open cadet. Open cadets are usually allocated to another college within the same university that has NCC, or you will have your NCC drills and training in that battalion, depending on how many vacancies they have. If you are accepted, the college will conduct a physical efficiency exam, a written test, and perhaps an interview based on their requirements for admission.
