dear sir or madam...since our internship was started in month of june we wont be able to complete it within examination date...and due to our opd work from 9 am to 5 pm its not able for us to do preparations...we kindly request you to please extend the examination date

You are writing in the wrong place. Meet to the faculty member and have a discussion with them. Tell them the reason and ask them to help you out. If it is possible from her/his side then he/she will do.
If it is end semester examination or any exam which is scheduled by board officials then it won't get changed. You and your classmates have to prepare in any way possible. Still you can share your concerns to them so that they can help you as much as possible
