It is strictly mentioned in the information provided by SSC that the authority will not entertain any requests for correcting the informatiin filled in registration forms and if the information provided by candidates is found to be wrong then there are chances that authority will cancel his/her application. But candidates are given a choice to change their basic details twice , once the application is filled. So, after filling the regitration form log in to it and there would be a tab on your window named " modify details", by clicking on this you can change your baisc details.
