The chance of getting IIT not possible. But Getting a NIT is also very less but some deemed NIT college have high cut off.

See on such OBC rank you can you have very less chances to get any of the NITs/IIITs because even after having female quota for NITs the closing OBC ranks were around 12-15k and for IIITs it was around 15-16k .
