Yes,You can pursue 3 years LLB course after doing BE. The general eligibility for taking admission in 3 years LLB course is that candidate has to pass a degree course of any stream with 45% marks for general candidate and 40% marks for SC and ST candidates. As you have completed BE degree then you have to  take admission in 3 years LLB course through CLAT exam which is national level exam like at common law Admission test through which you can take admission in 61 affiliated colleges of National law universities and 22 NLUs for 3 years LLB course admission.
