According to the percentile mentioned by you in the question you cannot get very good or tier 1 colleges but yes you can try for the following colleges :-
- CEG, anna university.
- Velammal Engineering College.
- PSG College of technology.
- SSN School of Management.
- UNOM, University of Madras
As you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately with the list of colleges because for different categories cut-offs are different.
