Dear Sir/Madam, If my neet score in second attempt is less than the first attempt, can I use the first attempt score to get admission atleast in Abroad.

I think this is not possible because even the foreign institutes take admission looking at the result of the current exam result. but still, you can contact the institute to which you want to take admitted because in some universities abroad the neet result is valid for three years. so you can just talk with your guide or the institute itself for a clearer answer.

3 years validity is fine.
Which score will NMC consider once they come back to India for doctor license.? I mean 1st attempt score(Got eligibility) or second attempt score(Not got eligibility).
