Musaib, Now for admissions to BHMS, you need to appear for NEET. Now NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Now the 2nd thing is if you belong to General Category, to be eligible for NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. With 45%, you are lagging in the required aggregate. So, if you want to appear for NEET and secure a BHMS seat, you have to appear for Improvement exams and score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

I'm really sorry to inform you that the eligibility criteria to give Neet is that student from general category should have minimum percentage as an aggregate for physics chemistry and biology is 50% . so as you said you have obtained 45% in physics chemistry and biology as an aggregate so dear a student you are not eligible to give Neet. And I hope you are aware that bams seats are also occupied through neet only. I hope this was helpful
