Dear parents,
Yes, your son will be eligible for CBSE Board exam 2022-23.
The minimum age for class 10th from any board is 14 years old, be it CBSE or ICSE. And according to CBSE, a student has attain 14 years age by 31 December in the year he is appearing for the exam.
Now as your son's date of birth is 02-11-2008 so if we calculate his age, then in 2022 December 31, he will of 14 years and 1 month old. And by this age he is fulfilling the minimum age limit.

And as you have mentioned the DOB (02/11/2008) of your son ,he will be of 14 years by 31st December during academic session of 2022-23.
So Yes,he is fully eligible to give CBSE 2022-23 exam of class 10th.
