see in 2020 neet official brochure there was code for income which have to fill in the application form, candidates whose annual income is less than or up to 50000 comes under code 1, so your income stature is applicable, The annual income/status of the parents of the applicant should be based on financial year ending March 31, 2020, as per 2020 neet ug notifications.
if you comes under any of the reserve category like sc/ st/ ews/ obc you must have valid certificate to justify it.
