Dear Sir/Mam now I am a married. After married my surname is khan. Before Married sure name Was Sarkar and My Educational Documents are Jaba Sarkar so now what can I do ??? and most important that before married I was Scheduled Cast, so Now I apply MJ Entrance exam form but I don't understand

Your Caste does not change even if you are married unless you change it. And you have to get an affidavit done stating that both the names Jaba Sarkar and Jaba Khan belong to the same person. This should be signed by an advocate. Once you get an affidavit, there will be no problem with any entrance exams.
