Hope you are doing well. Yes, through K-CET, you can get a seat in most of the colleges in Karnataka with this rank. But not in top colleges. You need to score a rank at least below 10,000 in K-CET to get a seat in top colleges. In Karnataka, there are more opportunities, even for a 5 digit rank , you can get a engineering seat. But the thing is which college you get. Of course you may get a good or an average college with this rank. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
