You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 269 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Even private colleges require a score of 300 or above for the general category. But, it largely depends on your state. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
