In India some of the most important Defence entrance are:
AFCAT - Air Force Common Admission Test
CDS - Combined Defence Services
NDA - National Defence Academy / Naval Academy
CAPF - Central Armed Police Force
Now AFCAT exam is organized twice a year by Indian Air Force. Every year around 334 seats are released. The exam is an online exam of duration 2hrs 30 mins.The application for AFCAT is on and the application can be done between 1/06/2021-30/06/2021. The exam is expected to be between 28-30 August,2021.
You can attempt this exam after your graduation. It has demands for Engineers, Flying staffs as well as Non-technical posts. So after 12 if you wish to take admission in UG courses you can obviously appear for AFCAT.

Now the NDA exam is also a defence entrance exam conducted twice a year with 400 vacancies every year. These examination is only for Mens. The qualification required are provided below:
For Indian Army - Passed Class 12 from State Education Board or a University For Air Force and Naval - Passed 12th class with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University
