Hey

Bragg's law describes the angles for the coherent and incoherent scattering from a crystal lattice. Bragg derived the condition for constructive interference of the X rays scattered from a set of parallel lattice planes. In simple language, it is the explanation of diffracted beams from a crystal.
English Physicists W.H Bragg and his son W.L Bragg in 1913 developed a relationship to explain why the cleavage faces of crystals appear to reflect X-ray beams at certain angles of incidence.This observation is an example of X-ray wave interference.
Here is the Bragg's equation -: 2dsinθ = nλ, where n is the integer, λ is wavelength and θ in angle of scattering
