A body is said to be in motion when its position changes continuously with respect to a stationary body taken as a reference point.
In simple words motion is changing of position of object or moving of object
Eg: children playing,dancing everything moving is motion .

Motion :- A body said to be in motion if it changes its position with time with respect to its surrounding.
Example,
A car running on road :- a car running on road is in motion as its position changes with time with respect to its surrounding environment , road
