The situation is not under control here as the authorites won't make the process faster for you. If you have already contacted the control centre which will conduct document verification and they have said it is a compulsary item then the best you can do is get something in written with stamp on it from your college and the reason for the delay. Be hopeful.

In case if your degree or provisional certificate is not with you or if you have any delay in getting your degree and provisional certificate, you can submit your course completed certificate for PGCET document verification.
