Despite trying i am not able to concentrate on studies my friend who all are settled mocks me everytime i seriously feels so bad that i have no value in others mind. & Sbi preparation seems impossible to even start at age 21 n crack it in a year has having so bad situation need to sort soon .

The stage from which you are currently undergoing through is normal but it should not stay for long, because you have to do something to improve your conditions either it is financial or social because you are focusing on what others think about but you are not focusing on yourself. See there are around 7.6 Billion people on earth and don't let the opinion of your few friends to affect your thought process and even you should not take care what others think about you. You just focus on yourself and listen to your mind, what you want to do and what your mind says to you is much more important and valuable.

** First of all go through the entire syllabus of SBI PO or Clerk. There are many study materials available on internet. You can take help of video tutorials available free in YouTube.

** Read newspaper daily thoroughly for General Knowledge and current affairs. If you find it difficult to study from different books, then make your own notes. This is a good habit, your memory retention will also improve.

** Once done with syllabus you can move on to solving mock test, previous year exam papers. Then try to figure out your weak areas and work on them.
