If you have completed you class 12th from delhi then you have to advantage of delhi state quota. If you belong to general category you need to score a above 550 to get a MBBS seat in Maulana Azad Medical College to get the College in initial rounds however if you score between 515-550 then also you may get the seat but you have to wait for later rounds of counseling.

Yes, if you did you Class 12th from Delhi state, then you are eligible for the home state quota of Delhi.
The cutoffs for Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi were as follows for the year 2018.
For the second round closing ranks:-
