Hello ish,
The pwd- person with disabilities has special reservation in the jee main examination about 3% Will be allocated to them in NITs
The cut off for them also will be very low so probability of getting seat in high for merit but not for all

With this....yes  you are eligible to get admission in NIT College ...as mention your category as PWD and for pwd candidates the cut off is around 0.11 to get nit colleges...
