It's completely your choice which language you should prefer.

If you are not comfortable in hindi, you can study in English or vice versa.

But I will suggest you to study in English, because English has become an important language to learn and also it has more scopes nowadays.

So you can prefer English if you are comfortable with it. Otherwise it's your choice.
