See if you wish to take admission in B.Tech in BHU then you have to take admission in IIT BHU. For IIT BHU there is no any particular application form other than JEE-Advance application form which you can fill after qualifying JEE-Main.

Admissions in IIT BHU for B.Tech is solely made on the basis of JEE-Advance scores. So if you have appeared in JEE-Main January attempt of this year and if you qualify in the final results then you will be eligible for JEE-Advance. As of now cut-offs for JEE-Main are not declared yet because it will declare along with the result of second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th.

JEE-Advance 2020 is scheduled for September 27th.
