yes the admit list has been released, you can have a look at it on bitsadmission.com

The BITSAT 2019 admit list will carry the names of candidates who will be shortlisted for BITSAT 2019 counselling process in different Iteration sessions. BITSAt admit list 2019 will be released before each iteration round. Shortlisted candidates whose name will appear in admit list will have to submit an admission application form before the given time frame, final date allotted. Candidates must be aware that result of seat allotment process of will be announced in the form of Iteration I, II, III, IV, and V.
