Dear aspirant

Usually CBSE provide marksheet and passing certificate as only one. The marksheet which you have is also your passing certificate.

On top of marksheet,it must be written marksheet cum passing certificate. So check out your marksheet for this.

If it's not written that then you can confirm with your other schools friends that they got another passing certificate, if not you can use your marksheet. Otherwise contact your school authorities.

CBSE did provide passing Certificate for class 10th for 2018 session. You would have gotten it from your school from which you passed your 10th class or were enrolled in 10th class. If you have not been provided, do contact and get it from your school. It could be that when your school provided your certificates, the 10th passing certificate may not have been provided to you at that time. You can also download or get your 10th passing certificate through digilocker. You will have to sign up or login(if you already have an account) through your phone number or aadhar number and from there you can access your all CBSE and other certificates.
